Control who sees and signs off the scheme’s documents, keep each file’s history and give residents and operators the access they need at handover.
How the record is controlled.
Membership and roles
Everyone in your organisation can open its projects. People from other organisations see only the projects they’ve been invited to, as an owner, manager, editor or participant. Share a folder or item with another party to view, upload or manage it. Members can turn on two-factor sign-in.
Upload is separate from approval
Uploading a document and approving it are different permissions. Approval follows a chain of named approvers, with delegates if you set them, and records who decided and when.
Version history
A new upload becomes a new version. The record keeps who uploaded each version and when, and earlier versions stay available to open and download.
Sources you can open
A line on the list can show why it’s there: the regulation, the contract clause or the fact about your building behind it. Where the source is one of your documents, it opens at the cited page.
Resident links scoped to one home
A resident link opens one home’s handbook: the accepted documents you’ve marked for residents, for that home and its building. No account needed, and nothing else from the project.
Operator plaques need sign-in
The QR plaque on a block opens that block’s records inside AssetDrive. Whoever scans it must sign in and hold access to the project.
AI with people in charge.
AI files what it’s sure of. Anything uncertain waits for your team. Sign-off is always a person. AssetDrive AI can’t change your project, approve a document or contact anyone.
Download any document, and its earlier versions, from AssetDrive yourself. Recorded handover packs export with their filing structure, an index and a key. For a whole-project export, email hello@assetdrive.ai. Exporting is always free.
Who processes it
The privacy notice names the providers that process data for AssetDrive and what each one receives. It also covers how long we keep data and how to ask for it to be deleted.
