Your build price is fixed for your building contract: nothing more if the build runs late, and nothing for setup. After handover it’s £2.50 a home a month, only if you keep the building running. No. Keep your document system for drawings and design. AssetDrive runs alongside it and holds the handover record: what the scheme owes, the evidence and who still owes it. Upload copies of your folders, or a zip, to start.
Yes. For every block, the list includes the Regulation 38 fire safety information, such as the fire strategy, compartmentation plans and fire door schedule. For a higher-risk block in England, it adds the Gateway 3 completion certificate, the key building information and the building’s registration with the Building Safety Regulator. A line can show the rule behind it.
Yes. Give your project team access and allocate responsibilities for the evidence they need to provide. Project permissions control who can access and review the records.
