AssetDrive is provided by Asset Drive AI Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16951764. Registered office: 43 Furlong Road, Bourne End, England, SL8 5AG.

AssetDrive is a UK registered trade mark of Asset Drive AI Ltd (registration number UK00004365350).

Service agreement

You can create an account and set up a project without speaking to us, and start your free trial the same way. If your organisation needs a signed service agreement, email hello@assetdrive.ai.

Prices and billing

These are the rules behind the prices on our pricing page, in plain English. The pricing page shows the current figures.

What we count

A scheme is the homes built under one building contract. A home is one row on your unit schedule. A student bed-space counts as one home.
One organisation pays for each scheme. Everyone else it invites joins free, with no limit on users.
All prices exclude VAT.

While you build

Your build price is fixed on your building contract’s programme: the monthly price for all the scheme’s homes, multiplied by the months from start on site to the contract completion date. A part-month counts as a month, and a completion date given as a month counts to the end of that month.
The build price is fixed when you activate the scheme’s subscription. Changing the contract dates or the unit schedule afterwards does not change it; a change to the building contract itself is agreed with us separately.
Setup and pre-start planning-condition work are free. Nothing is charged before start on site.
If the build runs past the contract completion date, you pay nothing more.
If you join part-way through the build, you pay the same total, spread over the months left until the contract completion date. If that date has already passed, the total is due in one payment.
There is no contract term. You pay monthly and can stop any time. If you stop and later start again, you pay for the months you missed, never twice: what you have already paid counts towards the fixed build price.
If your contract dates are not known, nothing is charged until a start-on-site date has passed. After that, the build is charged monthly for the homes still being built, until each building or home is handed over.

After handover

After-handover pricing is only charged if you switch it on for a scheme. Once a building has completed, you choose when you activate: switch after handover on, or keep its records only.
Every flat in a building you keep running counts, whoever owns it. Houses you sell drop off.
A building that was already in use when it joined AssetDrive has no build price. Only the after-handover price applies, once you switch it on.
Your after-handover price is fixed for 3 years from handover. After that, it rises by no more than CPI once a year.

Founding prices

Once your organisation is a customer, every scheme it starts before 31 December 2027 is priced on the prices that applied when it first started with us.

Free trial

Your organisation’s first scheme is free for the trial period shown on the pricing page. No card is needed. The trial covers after-handover too, so a building already in use can be tried free.
The months of that scheme’s building contract that fall inside the free trial are taken off its build price. A part-month counts as a month.
There is one free trial per company. A new company, trading name or organisation set up by the same business does not start a new trial.
Handover and Gateway 3 pack downloads unlock once the scheme is paying. Every other pack, and your own documents, can be exported any time, free.

If you stop paying

The scheme becomes a free read-only archive. You can export everything, any time, free — including the handover and Gateway 3 packs of a scheme that has paid.
The manuals and documents for homes that have been handed over stay online for 10 years after handover.
A frozen archive is not a maintained golden thread: it stops tracking what’s due and does not keep the building’s record up to date.
